I took this photo in my garden this evening, after noticing that they've grown yet again. I tried so hard last year to dig them all up, but they grow like weeds in my garden. They were planted by the previous owners, and while they're very pretty in flower, I think they are extremely untidy plants and... I just don't like them (the plants that is, not the flowers).

Nice pic Jen. I feel exactly the same. I try and dig them up every year but they just keep on growing. I've tried keeping them tidy, but to no avail. At least the flowers look lovely in a vase.
There are some things that you can't seem to get rid of, like mint. I've tried to dig mine up at least 4 x this year and after a few weeks it reappears again. At least with your problem it has a flower attached :)

They do look untidy lying around all over the place. Luckily mine grow in a little corner where nothing else does very well. I like being able to pick them for the house, they are a constant source of flowers
