Rain is nice and refreshing when you're inside. But, it's miserable if you have to be out in it. This photo brings back memories of waiting for the school bus, getting my sneakers wet for the rest of the day.
Brrr, I wouldn't like to ride a bicycle in this weather...worse yet, be a pedestrian that gets splashed with water every-time a car passes through a puddle. I really feel for them :(
So am I - I road my bike 1100kms plus once from Melbourne to Sydney over 15 days in 1998 - that was my quota for life LOL. It rained a few days and I was ready to ring my dad to drive and pick me up (4hrs drive away) I love your photography. i added you to my rss now.
I am a working mom with 2 beautiful boys, Bradley is 5, and Connor is 1. This was the challenge - take a photo a day for a whole year! The first photo was taken on the 6th of June 2007, and I did it! And because I'm a sucker... and I'm actually enjoying the challenge... I'm continuing with it. I've finally got a DSLR, courtesy of my husband, so from the 31st of May 2008, all photos are taken with the Canon 350D. Before that, I used a Sony H5.

Yes having a roof certainly helps on days like this. I enjoyed my look around your blog.
Happy WW!
Happy WW! Great photo. The things we take for granted...
My WW meme influenced by Oscar nominee Ruby Dee.

Haha, Jenty - love the title! I woundn't want to be him either!
Came here from Max-e's blog. Wish we could have some of that rain here in Australia, to ease our drought ....
