Emmerentia

There was no horse riding and the school walk was cancelled because of the rain, so I took Bradley to Emmerentia to feed the ducks this afternoon. He loved it, even though he got chased by greedy geese! We should go more often actually, it was just very empty because of the weather (read - we were the only people around the water), so I didn't want to stick around for long. But then I noticed more people at the rose gardens so took a drive around there to show him the fountains.

I know I promised no flowers today, but I couldn't resist it ;). This rose is called Fellowship. I want to go back there in about 2 weeks to take more photos; by then the gardens will be spectacular. It's a bit early in the rose season for photos.

The puddles look like so much fun.

No wonder you couldn't resist a photo of the rose, it is the most beautiful colour
