
Security gates have 2 purposes. One being to keep unwanted's out (very important in South Africa), and the other to keep toddlers from crawling in the rain ;). For both purposes, the most effective security gates have narrow gaps between the bars.

Photohunt: Narrow
Connor looking at the rain and listening to the thunder through the narrow bars of the security gate. We had a sudden downpour this afternoon after a stinking hot morning, hopefully this is going to cool the weather down a bit.

It was quite a downpour yesterday! I'm sure Connor would have loved to get through the bars to play in the rain :)
