Remnants of a rose

The sky was so blue today, so I tried to do something different and lay on the grass under the remnants of an old rose, and took a photo from underneath it. I quite like the effect!

Great minds (if I can be so bold as to add myself to your fame) -- I did much the same thing with a budding branch from the coral tree.

I really like the way you framed your photo. I wish I had thought more along those lines, and I like the way the stalk became a silhouette, though that would not have worked for my photo, it makes this one extraordinary.

This is such an interesting shot for SWF. When I glanced at it, it looked like some alien monster. What a fun photo!
